Prospective Fellows

Do you have what it takes to be a Freedom Fellow?

Prospective Fellows

Do you have what it takes to be a Freedom Fellow?

Becoming a leader at the MFP is both fun and hard work!

Before accepting a new Fellow, Freedom Project staff members talk with prospective candidates and their families to ensure that students and families understand the work and dedication involved in being a part of this program. The Freedom Project does not simply seek honor roll students or students at the top of their classes. We look for motivated students with the desire and willpower to make the most of their lives.

Enrollment for the Fall 2018/Winter 2019 term is closed.

Enrollment for any open Spring 2019 spots will begin in December.

Alternative Spring Break

The Freedom Project is seeking college student groups to spend an alternative spring break volunteering in Meridian.

With a growing program, there is always plenty to do at the LEAD Center.

If your group will be working in Southeastern Mississippi and would like to spend a day volunteering with the Freedom Project, please contact us. We would love to have you visit!

Please contact Anna Watson at awatson.mfp@gmail.com for more information on how to develop and coordinate alternative spring breaks. Thank you for your interest in working with the Meridian Freedom Project!
